    Of course, we also provide one-time examinations. Just contact the client service staff (by phone, email, or in person) regarding the date and you will receive complete information. It is advisable to bring a doctor's report for examination to a specialist.
  • What should I do if I want to be your client?
    If you are interested in becoming our client, you can opt for comprehensive health care, or one-time examinations in individual clinics. The client service staff will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information regarding options, conditions and examination packages for all age categories (contact information can be found at here).
  • If I want to become your client, is it necessary to register with your general practitioner?
    Health care with us is not conditional on a change of general practitioner. You can visit our clinics once.​
  • I want to register with you only at the doctor of first contact (general practitioner, gynecologist). How should I proceed?
    If you are interested in visiting only a general practitioner and a gynecologist (so-called first-contact doctors), you need to contact the client service staff (by phone, email or in person) regarding a free appointment with the first-contact doctors. Subsequently, in the clinic of the first contact doctor, you will receive the Agreement on the provision of health care. We will then take care of the entire process of moving your medical documentation for you.​
  • Can I go for an examination even if I do not purchase a year-round health care program?

  • What does the client management personal care program include?
    With the program, you get comprehensive patient management: an offer of a time interval according to the client's requirements, a guarantee of the time spent in the ambulance or the provision of health care in above-standard ambulances. The year-round health care program provides several benefits of a medical nature under one roof in a pleasant environment.​
  • Does it matter what contracted insurance company I have for the client management personal care program?
    The program can be used by policyholders of all contracted insurance companies. The scope of the program varies depending on the insurance company. In case of further questions, contact the client service staff directly (contact information can be found here).
  • I use the personal care program of the client management, but I do not have a doctor of first contact (general practitioner, gynecologist) at your place. Can I still make an appointment with him?
    If you do not have a signed agreement on the provision of health care with the doctor of first contact in our polyclinic, it is possible to undergo a one-time examination.   • Is it possible to use the client management personal care program even with one doctor?
    You can use the personal care program of the client management in the general practitioner's or gynecologist's office, i.e. at the doctors of first contact.   • Do all the doctors of the Mlynská dolina Polyclinic have a contract with each health insurance company?

  • How can I make an appointment for an examination?
    You can order by phone, email or in person (contact information can be found here )
  • How should I proceed if you cannot offer me the doctor's appointment I requested?
    For our clients, we always try to reserve the first available date, or the client's desired date. We can provide appointments exclusively according to the capacity of individual doctors.
  • When is it necessary to come before the examination?
    We recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled examination so that you can register at the reception before the examination.
  • What to do when you come to us?
    When you arrive at the polyclinic, please register at the reception. An insurance card is required, or ID card.
  • Why is registration at the reception important?
    On the basis of your registration, the doctor has available your complete personal data necessary to issue a medical report, or recipe. By registering and checking in at the reception, the doctor also has information about your arrival.​
  • How should I proceed when I am not satisfied with the availability of dates, or I would like to draw attention to deficiencies?
    We will gladly accept all your suggestions in writing. The client service manager, or executive director (contact information can be found here).
  • What should I do for problems outside office hours?
    If your health condition suddenly worsens or you are in serious danger to your health, call emergency medical help at the number 112. For medical care outside office hours, find the nearest emergency room, i.e. the Medical First Aid Service. The doctors of the Mlynská dolina clinic are available during office hours.​
